Contest Rules for Blogging to Fame Awards 2007 |

First rule is for the team behind Blogging to Fame and that is to deliver what is promised and make it an experience full of fun and excitement for you.

Rules for Registration |
| Anybody can register and fame their favorite blogs. The only restriction is that you are only allowed to create one profile per person and no spamming. |
|
Rules for Nomination |
- You can only nominate your own blog otherwise it may be disallowed.
- The blog you nominate should not be more than 3 years old
- Your Blog should be at least a months old or should have atleast 10 quality posts in it
- It will show in your profile only after its approval, which will be final decision of blogging to fame team.
- No Porn blogs allowed.
- Your blogs should be live, that is updated atleast once or twice a month

Rules for uploading Avatars |
| No porn images allowed, if it is found that you are using one, it will be deleted without any prior information. |
| The Competition is divided into two parts. - We will be choosing best bloggers and best blogs. |

Selection Criteria for Bloggers |
1. This competition will go on till the end date, and a total of 5 bloggers will be selected who will be liable to receive $5000 each.
2. Winners will be selected on the basis of their performance as a blogger, how much socially responsible they are and on their writing style. Quality here is most important. |

Awards receiving Criteria |
Winners will only be eligible to receive their awards in the ceremony and no award will be send to your home as We are offering free passes to the winners, free traveling to and from your home town and free stay in Chicago for three nights, apart from awards, so we expect you to be present in the awards ceremony.
If you are not able to come we are sorry to inform you that your award will be cancelled. |

Selection Criteria for Blogs |
| There will be an ongoing process for ten weeks starting from May 28th 2007 onwards.
Every week there would be 50 selected blogs, that would be the part of the final competition. These blogs will be selected from all of your nominations. So if you are not selected the first week do not worry, there would be more weeks to come.
Selection would done on the number of fames you receive as well as the quality of your blog.
After 10 weeks, there would be total of 500 selected blogs which will compete for the awards. After this it totally depends on how much fame you manage to get for yourself, and how much readership base you are able to create. |
